What we do
Product engineering.
From an idea to something people pay for.
A small senior team designs and builds the first version, then keeps shipping in small releases while the startup learns what its customers actually need.

Approach
How a startup gets built.
Find the problem
Every startup begins with a problem we have seen up close, often in our own work. If we would not use the product ourselves, nobody else should have to.
What comes out of it
A problem worth a company
Prove it
A first version goes in front of a small group with the same problem, and we watch whether it changes how they work before anything is spent on a launch.
What comes out of it
Evidence someone else needs it
Build the company
It gets its own name, domain and Cloudflare account, built on the same stack and engineering standards as every other Bison Labs startup.
What comes out of it
A product people can sign up for
Run it
Bison Labs stays involved as owner and operator. Shared infrastructure, tooling and engineering keep the cost of running one more company low.
What comes out of it
A company that keeps going
