• Booking a call. Your name, email address and the time you choose, to arrange and hold the call. Bookings made by an AI agent on your behalf are handled the same way.
• Emailing us. Your address and your message, to reply.
• Visiting the site. Your IP address, browser and the page requested, to deliver the site, keep it secure and limit abuse.

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us and running a secure website.

• Cal.com, Inc. holds bookings.
• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and delivers our email.

Both may process data outside the UK, under their data processing terms.

• Bookings and emails: as long as needed to deal with them, and deleted on request.
• Request logs: deleted automatically within 30 days.
